Lealand Constructors, LLC was established in 2017 by Berkeley Nance. Nance has deep roots in Tennessee where he brings his depth of knowledge about the area, his extensive contacts in the construction arena and his commitment to providing quality work, on time and within budget, to every single project - large or small. We are licensed to work in Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee.

Established in 2017, Berkeley Nance founded Lealand Constructors, LLC after more than 25 years in the construction industry. He works predominantly in the area of commercial, office and retail construction.
